Join Yaz of Wilderness Wellbeing & Melissa of Mum Days for a restorative session, designed especially for mums.

Hopeman East Beach

We’ll begin with a gentle beach workout using the natural landscape, followed by time in the Fyrhus sauna &amp; an optional sea swim. We’ll finish with a cuppa &amp; a blether on the beach.A chance to connect with the outdoors, other mums and—most importantly—yourself. We ask for a suggested donation of £10 to be made via Wildreness Wellbeing (link below) in order to make this a sustainable, long-term project.If the cost poses a barrier, please do get in touch as we have subsidised places available, thanks to Tsi Moray and the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing fund.
