Wild Game Processing on your own - Workshop

Join the Illinois Learn to Hunt team for this free workshop on how to process your own small game critters at home. We will bring along a deer (venison) quarter and a couple small game animals to process and package for freezing together. Learn everything you need to do it yourself on deer or small game animals like squirrels or pheasants. We provide all that is needed, just bring yourselves. This workshop is for adults 18 and over only. Registration is required but this is a free workshop.

We will meet at the metal shop building back behind the Sangchris Lake area headquarters buildling. Watch for our yellow Learn to Hunt signs!
