Join Ranger Schiel as he takes you on a journey of the diverse plants and wildlife found in the Clear Creek Bottomlands. Participants explore the unique ecosystem of the area, learning about native vegetation, animal habitats, and the important relationships between species and their environment. Through observation and discussion, you gain a deeper appreciation for the natural world and the role these plants and animals play in maintaining a healthy Bottomlands ecosystem
Location: Twin Lakes Parks - 226-318 W 70th Ave, Denver, CO 80221
Time: 6-7:30pm
Participants: 15 participants maximum
Audience: All ages, guardians must accompany participating youth
Suggested Gear: Water, sunscreen, snacks, proper clothing.
