Community is our top value at KALO Fitness, followed closely by nature. We believe in the power of the outdoors to help us connect deeply to our own internal patterns, cycles and rhythms. In addition, what better way to meet new friends and like minded community than on a good old dirt trail.
This hike is for all levels, is a FABULOUS way to train those endurance muscles, and get into your zone 2 cardio zone (important for metabolic flexibility and hormone health).
Dogs are welcome on this hike as are babes who fit in a pack on your back!

What to bring:
A water bottle or hydration pack, hiking shoes, a light jacket (weather dependent), and some stellar sunnies.
