Wild Body 

Jenny's passion is to help people reclaim the bodies that are clouded by shame and disgust. As a yoga teacher and licensed psychotherapist, she teaches the individuals she works with to deveop a deep trust in their body and inner voice in order to help them be more engaged and connected to their lives.

Many aspects of our society ask us to become domesticated in the ways we inhabit our minds, emotions, and physical bodies. In order to break free and to reclaim our wildness, we can look to unconventional forms of embodiment to learn more about who we are truly meant to be.
I believe with every fiber of my being that movement and breath has a deeply rooted place in the healing journey. Movement is medicine. Wild Body is a hybrid yoga/dance/meditation/breathwork/therapy session, class is designed to clear out the stagnation in your body, so that you can have more access to your mind. Your Self. Movement is your birthright. Let’s shake off our trauma, and move through our old life limiting stories, so that we can create new ways of being in the world. 
I really hope you choose to join me to explore new, powerful ways of becoming ourselves. 
Please bring your own mat, water, and willingness to be your vulnerable self.
