Why Do I Keep Overriding Myself?

Why Do I Keep Overriding Myself?

Center of Inspiring LoveAtlanta, GA
Wednesday, Mar 25 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm
Overview

Recognizing the Patterns That Quiet Your Inner Authority

You’re capable.
Self-aware.
Responsible.

And yet — there are moments where you hesitate…
second-guess…
or choose something that doesn’t fully feel right.

Not because you don’t know better.
But because something deeper is happening.

This is an in-person workshop where we slow things down enough to actually see it.

Not to fix yourself.
Not to be told what to do.
And not to be judged.

Together, we’ll explore the subtle patterns that quietly lead you to override yourself — in relationships, in decisions, and in everyday moments you might not even notice.

You may begin to recognize:

• Saying yes when something in you feels no
• Staying longer than you want to
• Pushing through when your body is asking for rest
• Knowing what you need — but not choosing it

This isn’t about forcing change.

It’s about seeing clearly…
so something different can begin to happen naturally.

What you’ll experience

• A grounded, in-person space to slow down and reflect
• A new way of understanding the patterns behind your decisions
• A guided experiential process to reconnect with your internal signals
• Greater clarity around what alignment actually feels like in your body

You don’t need to have the answers.
You don’t need to explain yourself perfectly.

You’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

About the work

This workshop is based on a structured, experiential approach that integrates:

• Pattern recognition
• Somatic awareness
• Nervous system regulation
• Energetic and emotional integration

What you may begin to notice after the workshop

• A clearer understanding of the patterns influencing your decisions
• Greater awareness of when you’re overriding yourself
• A more grounded connection to what alignment feels like in your body
• A sense of where change is possible — without forcing it

At the end of the workshop, you’ll have time to reflect on what you’ve seen — and what it may be costing you in your life.

About your host

Hideki is the founder of the Center of Inspiring Love and the creator of the EASE Method — a structured, experiential approach to reconnecting with internal authority.

His work integrates somatic awareness, energetic work, and pattern recognition to help individuals see and shift patterns that often go unnoticed.

Over the past decade, he has supported individuals navigating misalignment in relationships, decision-making, and personal direction — guiding them back to a more grounded sense of clarity, self-trust, and alignment.

This workshop reflects the same approach:
not fixing, not forcing — but helping you see what may already be there.
