If your work place or organization is new to racial equity work, or if you're getting stuck, it's helpful to take stock of your system. In this interactive session, participants will explore the components necessary to advance and sustain equity work.  Understand the role(s) you play and how to work more strategically with others. We encourage you to attend with at least one other person you work with, but it's not required.

Designed for people who are championing racial equity within their work places, schools, and faith communities. Get support, learn from others, and share ideas for how to be more effective change agents.
