Jessica will be presenting a powerful mindfulness technique to help you motivate and overcome task paralysis. This practice is active and fun, plus it activates the prefrontal cortex to boost executive function and motivation. You can easily do this technique anytime, anywhere and to get yourself going, to boost creativity and increase innovation! I am sure you will enjoy it!

Mini Masterclass:

Empowering Conscious Action

In this 10-minute energetic presentation, Lauren Zulli, Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant, will guide you through the transformative journey of seven levels of awareness, offering insights and strategies for increased personal power, expanded choices, and conscious action. Each level represents a stage of consciousness, from the most basic to the most enlightened, influencing how we perceive and interact with the world around us.

Through understanding and navigating these levels, you can unlock barriers to being effective in your life, leadership, and business and cultivate greater agency, leading to more intentional and purpose-driven lives and leadership. Each participant will receive a workbook and a complimentary 30-minute coaching call to support you in uncovering your hidden potential and activating movement toward your life or business goals.
