Question 1

Will there be seating available?

Accepted Answer

Seats at an 8-person table are available for purchase. Individual seats may be purchased or an entire table may be purchased. All of the tables and purchased seats flank both sides of the stage and have a private bar.

Question 2

Will there be seating other-than the seats for purchase?

Accepted Answer

The "Breakout Lounge" will be available to all patrons. The lounge is located outside of the Ballroom and it has a separate bar and DJ in the room. Chairs are available for temporary use and cannot be removed from the room. (Safety personnel monitor activity in and out of the room.)

Question 3

I have a disability and require the need of a seat. Will I be able to get one?

Accepted Answer

The MGM nor the Event Organizers discriminate against anyone requiring seating accommodations. However, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are encouraged to purchase a seat early before availability diminishes. We cannot add seats beyond the number available for sale.

Question 4

If I decide to wait until the day of the event, will I be able to purchase a ticket at the door?

Accepted Answer

Admission can only be sold up-to the capacity of the Ballroom. Once ticket sales reach the capacity, sales will be cut-off. That could happen during the event or it could happen before the doors open. (We have reached capacity once before 2-days before the event and no sales were made at the door.)

Question 5

If I purchase a ticket, will I be able to get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Please be advised that like all other ticket platforms, refunds are not an option unless the event is canceled or postponed to another date. Please do not purchase a ticket until you are sure you want to accept the responsibility of NON-REFUNDABLE OWNERSHIP of said ticket.
