Whitchurch Parish Fete saw over 1000 visitors in 2023. This was despite appauling weather and a last minute change in location. We are confident that the event will be a success and we are looking forward to welcoming you.
Stall holders will be contacted near the time to establish a set up time before the event starts.
A stall will only be accepted once payment is recieved and we have checked the booking meets our T&Cs. These are but not limited to.
- No significant duplicate business types to encourage vareity. If this occurs we will advise you. We are not accepting any further of the below stalls. Cakes/home baked goods.
- No stall which would violate either FOWPS or A.H. Church beliefs or requirements.
- Each stall must have its own public liability insurance. A copy of this must be sent to the organiser in advance.
- If you book and pay for a stall against these T&C we cannot provide a full refund as Eventbrite will seek a processing fee.
Stall holders are welcome to bring their own gazebo or marquee. Please advise us in the booking if this is something you would wish to do. Marquees must be properly secured and erected safely in advance of the event.
