In partnership with Suntory Toki Whisky, Saku presents WHISKYCON. An event created to introduce you to the world of Japanese Whisky. Join us in the Dark Room with dim lights above you, private bartenders stirring & shaking away & the Sensei slicing sashimi in the background.

Enjoy tastes from a variety of whiskys & learn more about them. Try all of the specially curated cocktails from the evening's specialty menu. Indulge in the Japanese inspired cuisine set out for you to snack on while you vibe to the acoustic sounds of one of our house musicians.

After the event, all are welcome to grab a table or a bar seat (as available) in our Light Room underneath our cherry blossoms. Try some of our signature cocktails or maybe some sake from our extensive list. Share some Japanese tapas or one of our many specialty sushi rolls! Reservations are welcomed in advance & can be made via Yelp.
