Lights snacks and bites are available throughout the event.

WE MEET AT THE EMERALD THEATRE & BAR

Home to the hit comedy Drunk Shakespeare, this intimate speakeasy in the heart of downtown Houston is the perfect venue for a unique Whiskey Tasting Experience. Featuring a library of over 10,000 books, a full service bar, and some hidden surprises, The Emerald makes the ideal location for a night out with friends or your special someone.

Meet your Host for the evening, Joey Herrera, a long-standing Member of The Drunk Shakespeare Society (a secret society who has been meeting for over 400 years, drinking and attempting to perform Shakespeare). Joey knows his whiskey. Not like a stuffy connoisseur but more like a hard-working craftsman. Someone who drinks whiskey on a regular basis. For professional purposes. Of course.
