Whining 101

This is a beginner friendly class that focuses on the waist and hips. We will work on rolling and isolation techniques and at various tempos and levels to get your waistline oiled up and moving more fluidly. Class will begin with a lower back and waist warm up and transition into a breakdown of the drill of the day. The drill will focus on a different element of whining and will eventually build towards a simple whining combination getting you ready for your next fete, party fare we say the carnival road! Class is primarily curated toward Caribbean style whining to Soca music but Afro and Dancehall will be added occasionally.
