About this event

  • Event lasts 8 hours 30 minutes

This special symposium for Oxford Postgraduate and Early Career researchers is an opportunity to share ‘where you are at’ in your research with our vibrant community of women’s, gender and queer historians. It is, more broadly, a day to think about the state of play in these subdisciplines and their relationship with each other. The day will consist of various panels, poster presentations, and pre-circulated papers, which will allow attendees to consider these sub-fields of history - and their connections to other fields in the social sciences and humanities - in diverse formats.

The exact schedule and structure of the day will be announced shortly. The day will end with a concluding pleniary titled "Where are we at?: Multigenerational reflections on the day".

We would like to invite any interested academics, students, and community members to join us for this event! If you are joining as an audience member, please register in advance on Eventbrite.
