WWW will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront hotel located at 100 E Constance Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434. Rooms are available for an overnight stay at a discounted conference rate(use code IMP24), but are limited.
The Friday night encounter will begin at 6:30 PM (Registration will open at 5PM / Doors open at 6PM). The Saturday morning encounter will begin at 8:30 AM.
Conference registration does not cover lunch. However, there are excellent dining options in the vicinity of the hotel, including an onsite restaurant to go to during our lunch break.
Yes, group registration is available for groups of 10 or more. A discount of 10% will be applied to all group purchases. Seats are on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like your group to sit together, we recommend arriving early to secure seats for all parties in your group.
