This engaging session will feature Dr. Leon Jackson, CEO and Founder of The Talent Development Impact Lab, as he explores what it means to lead with purpose during times of transition. Drawing from his experience in leadership and talent development, Leon will offer powerful insights on navigating leadership changes while staying grounded in impact and inclusion. Speaker Biography:
Dr. Leon A. Jackson is the visionary Founder and CEO of The Talent Development Impact Lab (TDIL), a groundbreaking executive training firm dedicated to preparing the next generation of transformative, executive-level leaders. Under Dr. Jackson’s leadership, TDIL has emerged as a national leader in leadership development, with over 84% of its program graduates earning at least one promotion, 51% promoted two or more times, 26 reaching executive leadership roles, and 12 ascending to the role of CEO. Program alumni report an average salary increase of $36,000.
Dr. Jackson’s commitment to long-term impact doesn’t stop at leadership development. Through partnerships with leading universities, TDIL alumni have continued their education by pursuing MBAs, Executive MBAs, Specialized Masters, and Doctoral degrees. To date, TDIL has supported over 250 individuals in their graduate school journeys and has helped secure more than $14 million in scholarships and support. A proud native of Indianapolis, Dr. Jackson is an alumnus of Arsenal Technical High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana State University, a Master’s in Workplace Learning and Performance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Ph.D. in Workforce Development and Organizational Leadership from UNLV. He later completed his Executive MBA at the University of Notre Dame.
Beyond his impressive professional accomplishments, Dr. Jackson is most proud of his role as a father to Leon Jackson II and Kamran Jackson. His work is fueled by the values he instills in his family: integrity, ambition, and impact.
