Do I need yoga experience to participate?

No experience is necessary. This workshop is designed to be accessible for everyone, including those who have never practiced yoga before. All practices are gentle and adaptable.

Is this a regular yoga class?

No. This is a yoga therapy–informed workshop focused on understanding stress and supporting nervous system regulation. While we may explore gentle movement and breathing practices, the emphasis is on education, awareness, and sustainable tools for caregiver well-being.

Question 3

What if I’m not flexible or have physical limitations?

Accepted Answer

That’s completely okay. The practices offered are gentle and adaptable. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and modify or rest as needed.

Question 4

I’m not sure if I qualify as a “caregiver.” Can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you regularly support or care for another person — whether that’s a parent, child, partner, or loved one — you are welcome here. Or anyone who wants to learn more about managing stress.
