7 Week Cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations unless under extensive circumstances. In the case that you need to transfer courses, ask for a refund, or other issues you MUST contact the studio at info@potterymill.com ASAP. Due to the nature of our 7 week course registration there are often few/no remaining spots in other course times as they fill extremely quickly. If feasible, we are prepared to transfer you into an open spot or issue a refund ONLY IF course registration is still open/someone has joined our waitlist for the course slot you’d like to leave. Once classes have begun, NONE of these options will be available as our small business won’t be able to replace the cost of your ticket with a new class member.

Each course is 7 sessions, taking place ONCE a week, studio time is limited to class hours only to ensure instructor supervision. Once a foundation of ceramics is built membership options are available for additional studio time.

There will be no makeup classes for inclement weather; we will send out an email for cancellations and/or phone calling if requested. Our make up policy allows you to come into the studio and independently make up the time either while we have other classes happening or when staff are working. This'll be best around week 3-5 so that you'll have had time to practice in class before working on your own for a few hours but can be made up any week during the session. Missed classes cannot be made up after the session is over with the exception of glazing. It is the student’s responsibility to email the studio at info@potterymill.com to schedule make up time before the session is over.

***Please note that using the pottery wheel requires some physical strength and control which may not be suitable to all individuals. The multistep process also requires critical thinking, attention, and memory. We are happy to work with any physical or mental condition but PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AT info@potterymill.com with questions or concerns prior to your registration.***
