Logistics
Friday 6-8pm
Saturday 10am-1pm, and 3-6pm (two hour lunch break)
Sunday 10am-1pm, and 3-6pm (two hour lunch break)
=> Arrive up to 15 minutes early. We will begin on time.
LOCATION We will gather in River's private temple space. It's an EMF mitigated space. You will receive the address upon registration. We will be close to 12th Street and IH-35 downtown. (Note: Eventbrite does not know the address, so they put a map in your emails that is INCORRECT. Do not follow the map from Eventbrite. The location will be in your confirmation email.)
CONFIRMATION EMAIL Check your email inbox for the confirmation email that Eventbrite sends you upon registration, as it contains important details. This email often ends up in a spam or junk email folder. The details sometimes arrive as a PDF attached to your confirmation email.
WEAR We will be moving and sharing touch, so wear comfortable clothes. Be sure you have ample room to breathe, tight belts or pants are not helpful for this weekend. Layers work nicely. NOTE: **You will not have to touch or be touched by anyone you don't want to - ever.
JOURNAL Bring a journal, you will be happy you did!
AGREEMENTS Entering this workshop means that we all agree to keep all information about other participants, including their identity, confidential. Our other agreement is that nobody will do anything they do not want to do. We remain fully clothed in this workshop, and genital touch is not allowed. This is a safe learning container.
LUNCH You will have a two hour lunch break. If you choose to bring your lunch, you are welcome to stay in the temple. There is a refrigerator to store your food. There are many eateries and food trucks around Austin. Lyft and Uber increase your options. Some participants want to eat lunch together with River at a nearby eatery, which is an option.
LODGING We don’t offer lodging, however there are many great places to stay in Austin.
