What is Affirm? Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit-payment products. Affirm offers instant financing for online purchases on Eventbrite to be paid in fixed monthly installments over 3 or 6 months.
How does Affirm work? 1. At checkout, choose Monthly Payments with Affirm.
2. Affirm prompts you to enter a few pieces of information: Name, email, mobile phone number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number. This information must be consistent and your own.
3. To ensure that you’re the person making the purchase, Affirm sends a text message to your cell phone with a unique authorization code.
4. Enter the authorization code into the Affirm application form. Within a few seconds, Affirm notifies you of the loan amount you’re approved for, the interest rate, and the number of months you have to pay off your loan. You have the option to pay off your loan over three or six months. Affirm states the amount of your fixed, monthly payments and the total amount of interest you’ll pay over the course of the loan.
5. To accept Affirm’s financing offer, click Confirm Loan and you’re done.
After your purchase, you’ll receive monthly email and SMS reminders from Affirm about your upcoming payments. You can also set up autopay to avoid missing a payment. Your first monthly payment is due to Affirm 30 days from the date that Eventbrite processes your order
What the Festival?! is an 18+ event (no one under this age will be allowed onto the event property)
NOTE: Vehicle parking and vehicle camping is limited, therefore arriving WITHOUT a vehicle pass may result in NO availability. In order to accomodate all vehicles BEFORE they arrive, we require a PRE-PURCHASED vehicle pass. Every vehicle must have either a pre-purchased vehicle parking pass, carpool voucher OR camping pass before getting to the festival box office. Only one pass is needed per vehicle, not per person. If you are planning on carpooling with 3+ in your car, you can purchase a carpool voucher to reserve your parking spot instead of a parking pass.
NO Illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks, dogs or pets, or GLASS allowed on the event property. What The Festival is a PACK IT IN - PACK IT OUT event. Please be responsible for all your trash and recycling when you leave. NO SMOKING OUTSIDE DESIGNATED AREAS: The festival will NOT be selling cigarettes onsite. Due to the property being located in the fire prone region of eastern Oregon, smoking is limited to DESIGNATED ONLY smoking zones which are conveniently located throughout the event site and camping areas. This policy will be STRICTLY enforced and WILL result in EJECTION from the event if not followed. Please help us keep the festival and forest safe and remind your friends that smoking violations are SERIOUS and that WE WILL EVICT THEM IF THEY ARE CAUGHT SMOKING OUTSIDE OF A DESIGNATED AREA!
NO COOKING OUTSIDE OF DESIGNATED COMMUNAL KITCHEN AREAS is allowed at the Event. All cooking stoves, including Propane are forbidden to be used except in a designated area.
NO OPEN FIRE is allowed at the Event, this includes but is not limited to: Camp Fires, Propane Heaters, Fireworks, Candles, Explosives, Flammable Liquids, and anything cited as a risk of causing a fire by the event.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Fees are non-refundable. The Event retains the right to cancel, rescind or revoke any ticket purchases at any time prior to delivery of the actual tickets to the purchaser, for any reason whatsoever in the Event’s sole discretion. If anyone attempts to sell or sells an Event ticket for above face value, or purchases an Event ticket with the intention of reselling it for above face value, the Event has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any such ticket without advance notice, and once cancelled, the ticket will be null and void and will not grant the holder any right to enter the Event.

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of What the Festival. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email. Make sure to print them out and bring them to the event. Or go green and download the Eventbrite app on your smart phone!
