微董事會是甚麼？What is Microboard?

聯合國《殘疾人權利公約》列明受障者在法律面前獲得平等承認（第十二條），並融入社區自主生活（第十九條），智力受障及多重受障者要如何實現這些權利呢？每一個微董事會以支援一位受障者為任務，由親朋好友及關心受障者的專業人員組織而成。我們誠邀你參加這個研討會，共同探索微董事會如何能成為實現受障者於社區自主生活助力。

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabliities (CRPD) stated that disabled persons should have equal recognition before the law (Article 12) and have the right to live independently and be included in the community (Article 19). How should these rights be afforded to intellectually and multiply disabled persons? Microboard, composed of friends, family and professionals who care for the disabled person who is the subject of support by the Microboard, is a possible alternative struture to substitute decision making. We would like to invite you to join this seminar to explore how Microboard can facilitate the realisation of disabled persons' independent living in the community.
