In partnership with Evergreen College Tacoma Campus, this is a Pre-Juneteenth Celebration introducing Dr. DeReef Jamison on "Defining African-Centered Thought" as a Premise for Africa-Centered Mental Health Programs and in Black Psychology, specifically Root Psychology. The presentation will address 1) Defining stages of Trauma 2) Generational Curses 3) Culture-specific Mental Health Misdiagnosis
