Learn the language and design of process evaluation and strengthen your skills in tracking and reporting on program activities. Target audience is people who want to conduct an evaluation and have little to no experience. This session will be interactive with lots of time to apply what we discuss: process evaluation &amp; quality assurance, ways of collecting data, monitoring data collection, analyzing and interpreting information. Please bring preliminary evaluation plans, logic model, and/or descriptions of work if you like and we will use the last hour or more to work on developing and revising existing plans and data collection tools.
