What Are You Afraid Of?
Wouldn't it be nice to live life with a little less fear? The Brain Mechanic thinks so too.
Step into your unknown with What Are You Afraid Of?, an intimate, one-on-one immersive experience designed to confront fear, memory, and transformation.
Created by experiential artist Jaina Cipriano as an exploration. Funded by a 2025 Public Art Learning Fund grant from New England Foundation of the Arts, Jaina is consulting with groundbreaking immersive company Odyssey Works. This second iteration deepens the inspection of personal anxieties.
Through guided moments of reflection, unexpected encounters, and subtle shifts in reality, What Are You Afraid Of? invites you to step beyond passive observation and into a deeply personal journey of discovery. And maybe interact with some new techonolgy. The Brain Mechanic has been traveling the world looking for ways to heal.
This experience is designed for one participant at a time, ensuring an intimate and uniquely tailored encounter. Whether your fears lurk in your childhood, the present, or the future, here you can engage with them in a way that is both unsettling and cathartic.
