Cowgirls & Cocktails: Sip & Shop at Heritage Brand
Event Description:
Buckle up, Cowgirls—it’s about to be GOOD. Join us Saturday, May 17 from 10:00AM - 2:00PM at the stunning Heritage Brand artisan studio in Weatherford, TX for a morning of western fashion, fun, and female connection. (this is a come and go event)
Whether you’re cleaning out your closet or shopping for fresh western finds, this is your moment. This exclusive Cowgirls & Cocktails event is your chance to sip, shop, and support one another in a beautifully curated space. This event will be outdoors!!
What to Expect:
- Explore the artisan work and beautiful storefront of Heritage Brand
- Shop western fashion including clothing, boots, accessories, and more (please try to remember the goal is to shop other WESTERN closets)
- Enjoy a signature cocktail while you browse
- We will have fitting rooms set up.
- Network with women in the western and agriculture industries
- Take home a leather good from Heritage Brand with your general admission ticket
Ticket Options:
1. “Sip & Shop” Admission — $15
- Entry into the event
- One complimentary cocktail
- A leather good from Heritage Brand
- Full access to the marketplace
2. Booth Space Vendor Ticket — $150
- One 10x10 booth space to sell your western clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories
- Includes a clothing rack
- Bring your own decor, mirros, signage, and table setup to personalize your space
- If you bring a pop up tent, we request to please bring weighted bags to hold it down.
- YOU set your prices, YOU sell your clothes. We encourage you to place a price tag on your items!
- Booth space move in will begin at 6:00AM with event start time at 10:00AM- 2:00PM and all closets must be moved out by 4:00PM
