Having been personally affected 3 times in his career by Reductions In Force (RIFs) and as a professional who has been a hiring manager, Leonard will discuss the strategies he wishes he knew then - and has learned over the years - about preparing for, organizing, and staying positive and focused during a job search.

Credentials:

Leonard Friedman is a seasoned Technology Leader proficient in a variety of technology fields with experience in financial, insurance, legal, and other business sectors. He has led efforts for both small businesses and enterprise-wide transformational projects ranging from site conversions and implementations to application development and testing. Leonard is currently focused on process improvement, control monitoring and maintenance, and resiliency. He has managed global teams ranging in size up to 200+.

Leonard is also a member of the WNO Steering Committee!
