He has a knack for finding humor in everyday situations, from raising three kids, being married for over 18 years, to surviving cancer, and growing up in the system - juvenile hall, jail, and prison. He overcame the challenges of being in the system and learned to use humor as a coping mechanism and a way to connect with others. He shares his stories of struggle and redemption with honesty and wit, inspiring his audiences to laugh at their own problems and find hope in any situation. Rick is featured on Comedy 103.1 fm., Spotify, Pandora, Google Play, Amazon, Amazon Prime, Apple Music, iHeartRadio, and iTunes. He features and headlines at comedy clubs all over the country, from his hometown, such as the Comedy Works South and Downtown, Denver Improv, Wit's End, Loonees Comedy Corner, the Downunder Comedy Club, to the Comedy Club of Kansas City, Funnies Comedy Club in Oklahoma, the Laugh Factory in Chicago, LA Comedy Club and Jokesters Comedy Club in Las Vegas, the Creek and the Cave in New York, the Creek and the Cave in Austin, TX, Rozco's in Austin, TX, The Sunset Strip in Austin, TX.
