About this event

Bathrooms, water, and parking are available. Maps, guides, and snacks will be provided. There will be three Wescott bike routes to choose from (6, 8, or 20 mile mile loops).

Check-in between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM and start by 10:00 AM.

Please wear a helmet and high visibility clothing.

Free ice cream will be available at the county park for those who complete the 20-mile loop.

Road Construction: Please note that Airport Road is under construction from Highway 22 to the Shawano Lake Outlet Channel. We recommend that you follow the detour and come to Mielke Park from the north.

Shawano Pathways (SPOKES) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 incorporated in August 2011 and funded by annual membership dues, grants, and donations.  The organization formed in response to a growing need for trails and greenspaces in Shawano County, Wisconsin.  Our mission is to plan for and facilitate in the development, implementation and maintenance of a greenway and trails network within Shawano County and adjacent areas for recreation and alternative transportation, while preserving and restoring natural areas and resources connected with the trails.
