Indulge yourself in an immersive getaway of pure relaxation and deep self discovery, in the heart of the majestic Cambrian Mountains, Wales.

Dedicate this long weekend to slowing down and grounding, as you are guided through transformational practices of Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Wim Hof Method Breathwork, Pranayama, nature connection, as well as hiking, wild swimming and taking time for you.

This retreat is suitable for all; from beginners to experienced Yoga practitioners.

The Lodge Staylittle, Cambrian Mountains, Wales

Perfectly situated for stunning hikes that embrace all of nature, including waterfalls, mountains, forests, and wild swimming areas. The Lodge is situated in a designated 'Dark Skies Area', making it a beautiful space for those moments of stargazing. Warm yourself under the night sky, by the outdoor firepit, as you ponder over all existence.

The Lodge boasts stunning views of the Welsh mountains from it's underfloor heated, spacious Yoga studio, as well as it's lounge and large bench style dining areas, for those moments of unwinding and connecting to your fellow Yogis.



Your Welsh Summer Sanctuary includes:

Two or three night's accommodation at The Lodge at Staylittle (choose your option)

All delicious and nutritious plant-based meals for the duration of your stay, lovingly prepared by Beckie from New Rootz Kitchen.

Your retreat is time for you to do whatever feels good for you. Everything within the schedule is therefore optional. We invite you to listen to your body and own inner guidance, and take part only in what is right for you and your retreat.


Friday

7.30pm: New Moon Opening Ceremony

8.30pm: Wind Down Yoga


Saturday

Morning Juice Shot

8am: Yoga Flow and Meditation

9.30am: Hearty breakfast

11am: Free Time or Paddle Boarding at Llyn Clywedog (optional Extra) and Lunch

4pm: Wim Hof Breathwork & Ice Bath

6pm: Two-course dinner

8pm: Wind Down Yoga & Nidra


Sunday

9.30am: Hearty breakfast

11am: Group Hike and Wild Swim with Wim Hof Method Instructor Richy (and Lunch)

4pm: Pranayama

8pm: Ecstatic Dance Workshop & Sound Journey

9.30pm: Closing Circle
