Our Wellness Workshop will give you the ability to try the following wellness experiences, with 15-minute rotation sessions by our licensed instructors and therapist associates . <ul><li>Chair Massage</li><li>Gentle Yoga/Tai Chi (introductory sequence)</li><li>Mindfulness &amp; Meditation (techniques to calm the nervous system, reducing street and anxiety)</li><li>Nutrition (general diet/nutritional lifestyle, gain insight on how food affects overall health)</li><li>PT &amp; OT Exercises (an introductory of how the body can benefit from PT and OT for strength, safety and recovery)</li></ul>An assortment of healthy beverages and light bites (fruit, crudites, salad, finger sandwiches/wraps) is included.
