Join us for a Wellness Wisdom Series hosted by Katriona Burrow at The Support Network Hub (located inside the Madison Community House)!

Katriona Burrow, Certified Well-being Coach, is offering 4 unique Q&A sessions for:

  • Answers to your burning well-being questions.
  • Uplifting support of a coach and group attendees
  • Science based, practical and relatable strategies

Each session will include a 15 minute presentation, followed by 45 minutes of Q&A to address your burning well-being questions.

Plus there’ll be well-being freebies and a toolkit for all attendees!

Our hope is you’ll leave feeling a little lighter, like you’ve taken a moment to reset.

Classes are free for Members of The Support Network and $10 for Non-Members. Please select the correct ticket option when registering!
