We have partnered with wellness expert Terri Barnett and Palma Collectiva to bring you a weekend full of gorgeous grounding and rejuvinating practices. It is our intention to hold our community and our neighboring communities during these challenging times and provide a space to ground and connect.Friday will be a mix of yoga and stretching, guided mindfulness meditation and deep sound vibrational healing with cystal bowls. Sunday will be a stretch and restore with slow flowing stretches followed by a relaxing meditation and soothing soundscape. Please bring a yoga mat.
