Can I Attend Both Events?

Absolutely! Just remember there is a short break in between each event. The first one is from 8am - 10:30 am and the second one is from 12pm - 2pm. Also, each event has a separate location?

Can I Bring A Guest?

Of course! Just be sure to send your guest a registration link to purchase, OR add them to your ticket quantity. We want to ensure everyone has an admission ticket.

What Should I Wear?

Anything comfortable that you can move around in would be great! We also advise wearing walking or hiking shoes.

What Should I Bring?

Accepted Answer

If you are attending Body & Soul, a towel, water to drink, comfy workout clothes, and a yoga mat would be perfect! Also, shoes for hiking and walking are excellent. If you are attending The Holistic Health Experience, or both events, comfy workout clothes and shoes are great.
