Community Wellness Class -- Fourth Wednesdays of the Month:

Wellness Wednesdays @ the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington Innovation Studio

May 28: Renew & Release-- a Rattle Creation Workshop

Emma Olmedo, dedicated sound healer and energy practitioner, will guide this interactive workshop where you’ll craft your own sacred rattle, a powerful tool used across traditions to shift and clear energy. Rattles help break up stagnant emotions, release heaviness, and awaken the flow of movement within the body and spirit.

You'll create with intention, crafting a rattle all your own. Then, be guided in play and rhythmic exploration. The session will close with a sound bath to integrate and seal in the vibrations of renewal.

No experience needed—just a willingness to create, express, and let go!

All materials will be provided. Registration required.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Emma Olmedo of KiVibes is a dedicated sound healer and energy practitioner with over a decade of experience in the healing arts. Her journey began at 13 with drum circles and singing bowls, eventually evolving into a deep exploration of vibrational healing through crystal sound bowls, Reiki, and guided meditation. Drawing from her background in shamanic practices, chakra work, and ceremonial sound, Emma creates immersive sound experiences that facilitate deep energetic release, nervous system regulation, and profound transformation. Through her work, she helps individuals attune to their inner harmony, clear stagnant energy, and embody their highest vibrational state.
