Description

Resistance Bands 101 utilizes bands to strengthen and elongate muscle fibers without the use of free weights. Resistance bands provide constant tension and allow for more controlled movements. Core Conditioning is designed to activate the abdominal muscles, hip flexors, and lower back, using balance and strengthening exercises. (All Levels)

Be prepared to sweat if you put your "all" into this class! Late admittance and early departure allowed.

PLEASE:

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing.
  • Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and/or sweat towel.

Resistance band will be provided. If you have your own, feel free to bring it to class!

If you are unable to attend class, PLEASE unregister so space becomes available for others.
