Wellness & Waves is a free — no catch, totally free — outdoor fitness experience at the iconic Santa Monica Pier, every Saturday morning from April 4 through October 17 (excluding holiday weekends). Fresh air, good energy, and an incredible community, all on the shore.
🏃 8–9 AM | Group Run | Meet under the Iconic Pier Sign
Breath in the ocean air and move your body with an easy, feel-good group run under the Santa Monica Yacht Harbor sign. All paces welcome — this is a judgment-free zone.
🧘 9–10 AM | Yoga or Pilates | At the Pier's West End
Not a runner? Flow straight into our west end (behind Mariasol Restaurant) session for a grounding Yoga or Pilates class led by shefyoga Venice and Good Body Pilates instructors. The perfect way to stretch, reset, and carry that calm energy into the rest of your weekend.
