Reflection and Goal setting
This session guides participants through a short, focused reflection to explore their personal wellness goals. Through guided prompts, participants will clarify one actionable intention, identify small daily practices to support it, and leave with a tangible takeaway that turns insight into immediate, meaningful action—creating a “one-moment” shift in how they approach well-being.

Adapted Dance
This segment introduces participants to adapted dance-based movement, designed to feel inclusive, engaging, and enjoyable—regardless of prior experience. These movements blend artistic expression with science and help your balance, coordination and mental well-being.
