Join us for a wellness day for the whole community ft. Bootcamp, yoga followed by a sound bowl meditation.

Wellness of mind and body are a pillar of THesis Life so we're hosting a whole day of it in our open-air Paseo Courtyard. Everything kicks off at 9am with a 45-minute torcher brought to you by Burn Bootcamp Coral Gables. Then at 10am we'll have a flow with Green Monkey Yoga!Ready to align your chakras and meditate your woes away? Join us at 11am for a sound bowl meditation led by wellness expert Annie Vazquez of Annie the Alchemist.Classes are complimentary and open to community members of all levels just sign up for one, or all three! We will also have refreshments and giveaways.***Please bring your yoga mat!
