Do I need to bring water?

Spry Fitness has a water station, but it is recommended to bring your own water bottle.

What shoes do I wear?

Athletic shoes (running, gym flats, cross trainers, etc.) are the best choice.

Spry Fitness is open to the community and you can continue to train at the gym if it is a good fit.

The event is completely free. All services by Spry Fitness and Posture Lab are at no cost to anyone who signs up.
