Wellness Program YogaExperience the perfect blend of mindfulness, flexibility, and wellness as we come together to celebrate community through the practice of yoga. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event welcomes individuals of all skill levels, body types, and backgrounds.Our instructor will guide you through a series of yoga poses, helping you find your inner balance and strength. Embrace the positive energy and connection that comes with practicing yoga alongside a diverse group of individuals who share the same values of inclusivity and self-love. This diversity will include gay, bisexual and straight persons, individuals of transgender and nonbinary experience, diverse racial and ethnic groups, and allies. Leave your worries at the door and let go of any expectations. This event is all about embracing your authentic self and celebrating the beauty of diversity. So, grab your mat, wear your most comfortable yoga attire, and get ready to flow with pride!Classes are free and donations to the instructor will be accepted at the event, but are not required. C﻿lass are offered the first Saturday and third Thursday of Sept through December 2023. Bring your own mat - we will not have mats available. Walk-ins accepted if there is space - we recommend reserving a space as we can only accommodate 10 participants per class. Walk-ins accepted starting at 10 minutes prior to start time.If you are registered, p﻿lease check-in no less than 10 minutes prior to the start time as we will open spaces to walk-ins 10 minutes prior to start time. (Registered attendees may lose their space if not checked-in at least 10 minutes prior to start time if there are walk-ins)Y﻿our name and email will be shared with the instructor.

Instructor Bio:My name is Regina Gerbier, and my journey through yoga has been nothing short of transformational. Over the past three years, yoga has sculpted not only my body but also my spirit. I have drank from the koolaid and truly believe that the mindful dance of meditation through movement holds the power to transform YOUR world.I began to practice yoga when the pandemic hit and experienced the transformative benefits of incorporating a mindful practice with self discipline. I developed my career in entertainment as I found my rhythm, dance, and alignment between my mind and body. I have learned to apply what I practice on my mat into my daily life. I currently aim to spread a journey of self growth through teaching yoga. This class is an LGBTQ+ centered space to find that rhythm through moving meditation we are all capable of achieving. In my classes, you&#x27;re invited to be exactly who you are without any fear of judgment. Come as you are; every body, every level, is welcome here, where we will weave invigorating and challenging sequences into self-care and growth. Each class is an opportunity for you to absorb what you learn on the mat and and effortlessly carry it into your daily life.
