Wellness on Tap is a full-day, community-led wellness experience at Full Circle Brewery — bringing together some of the North East's most passionate small businesses in movement, recovery, nutrition, and holistic health. All under one roof. All in one day.
Whether you're navigating burnout, looking for tools to support your body and mind, or simply curious about what a more intentional approach to health could look like for you — this day was designed with you in mind.
Expect workshops, talks, and hands-on experiences covering everything from Ayurveda and sound healing to breathwork, mindfulness, and shamanic practices. Come with an open mind. Leave with new perspectives, new connections, and a clearer sense of what wellness actually means for you.
This isn't a fitness expo. It's not a retreat. It's something in between — grounded, accessible, and built around community.
