<h3>Exploring Support Options</h3>Join us for a relaxed and interactive session at the Aberdeen Community Health and Care Village (room 4 - white zone) on Friday 14th August at 10am.This workshop is hosted by SAMH's Hear For You team and will provide an overview of SAMH's Hear For You service and other SAMH services, such as Time For You, Aberdeen Links and the Nook. The session will explore the various mental health support options available across Aberdeen and support you to feel more confident to seek support for your mental health and wellbeing.
