About this event

This is the place for the coolest cats out there - founders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and artists. The world becomes a brighter, more colorful place with your inventions, nonlinear thinking, and creativity. Your boldness to do life and live in unconventional ways is courageous and aspirational. When we all come together - our infinite power is multiplied by thousands.


SO! Thank you for being here. I am excited to support you on your entrepreneurship journey. As you bring your vision to a reality, your wellbeing is so essential to your success as a founder. Unfortunately, this can be easy to overlook as schedules, deadlines, timelines, finances, and various other pressures start to mound.


My intention in dedicating this community to startup founders and entrepreneurs, is to help bridge the gap of “one day when my product is …(fill in the blank!), then I will be able to have time for me,” - AND - “entrepreneurship is a lonely road,” to actually being an experience that is fulfilling, healthy, nurturing, and supported by camaraderie and a social network.

The foundation of this community is built on a few simple, yet profound principles:

#1. Everything you need to know is within you. You have infinite power in every cell of your being. It’s just a matter of allowing your inner wisdom aka “a-ha moments” to surface. How do we do this?

Through the body.

Through a calm mind.

Through the power of play.


#2. We are designed as humans to receive and give. Communities thrive when people are supported and have an opportunity to add value. This is your place to receive! As a member of the community, it's important you are engaged as well, which will allow for it to have an even greater impact in your life. AND, this is where you can refuel your body, heart, and mind.


#3. Embracing we all live life differently. Nonlinear thinking is your shining light. Work-life balance evolves from one season in life to the next…and is unique to everyone.


These principles are supported inside of the community through a few ways:

#1. Weekly movement classes: your physical health is a priority. Movement helps steady your mind, regulate your nervous system, and clear out toxins which ultimately leads to those “a-ha” moments. When you create space in your physical body, your intuitive body can surface. Every Monday we get the week started strong with a high intensity workout. Every Wednesday we soothe and regulate through a conditioning, restorative, yoga-like flow. Two times are offered for different time zones/work schedules - 12:00p EST and 5:00p EST


#2. Weekly tools: “Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom.” - Bob Proctor Inspiration, meditations, and suggestions for better sleep, nutrition, environment are sent each week. On-demand movement classes are available to supplement your movement journey throughout the week.


#3. First Friday of every month: Weekly share sessions to share your wins, voice your ‘asks’, seek advice, and discuss challenges. Roundtable discussions with people in your corner. Develop relations and find support. Two times are offered for different time zones/work schedules - 12:00p EST and 5:00p EST


#4. Second Friday of every month: Curated networking sessions. Networking sessions specific to various needs. i.e. you are looking for a web developer, branding expert, etc. The community will be invited to submit what/who they are looking for prior to the sessions. Two times are offered for different time zones/work schedules - 12:00p EST and 5:00p EST


#5. Third Friday (and maybe the 4th/5th, too!): Social hour. It’s time to nurture your social life! Having fun is essential to your health and wellbeing. Bring your favorite beverage, snack, and let’s go! There may be some games brought into the mix, tell your favorite joke for founders…the possibilities continue. It’s your time to play. Two times are offered for different time zones/work schedules - 12:00p EST and 5:00p EST


#6. Additional Perks: Pop up sessions - infinite possibilities here: pitch practice sessions, guest facilitators, artist spotlights, panels…you request it, I will do my best to find the way. I am building this community with you so as we grow, connect, and gather, additional perks, events, and classes will be added. PLUS, discounts on sailing retreats! Sailing retreats for teams, for digital detox, for artists, for entrepreneurs, for masterminds - all curated to you and your group.


#7. Membership: Your membership is virtual allowing you to be in your own space and connecting with people on a global level. We will have in-person meetups in NYC and anyone who would like to organize something in their city is welcome to. Contact me for details.

How does the membership work?

This is a monthly community membership to enhance your overall wellbeing. The focus is on physical movement, meditation, building community and connection, and having fun! Your membership includes 6 sessions/week = 24/sessions/month - come to as many as you like! Weekly inspiration is also provided.
