This workshop explores the pillars that build Female Well-Being and how to integrate them into daily life. Women that attend will leave educated and empowered with practical strategies to optimize their health and live from their highest potential.

With her distinct style of blending “science and soul”, Jacquelyn leads this powerful 90-minute workshop, which is education based (seminar style) and integrates questions, shares and guided inquiries along the way. Attendees leave with a custom “Blueprint to Well-Being”, which includes simple, sustainable steps to optimize your health.

This workshop offers women a space to prioritize themselves, and cultivate lasting, holistic well-being.

Jacquelyn Miller- FDN-P, CHC and founder of Rad Wellbeing


Jacquelyn (Jackie) Miller is the owner and founder of Rad Wellbeing and is on a mission to help people live radically well.Prior to opening Rad Wellbeing, Jackie spent seven years working as a Functional Medicine Consultant,collaborating with over 400 physicians in both Austin and Northern California. It was in this role that shegained a deep understanding of the nuance and personalization required for truly impactful healthcare.

She believes in the power of deep personal transformation through simple practices like nutrition,mindfulness, compassion, nervous system regulation, self-observation, and self-knowledge. In addition to her experience working as a Functional Medicine Consultant, Jackie is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Certified Dietary Supplement Specialist, and holds a handful of additional certifications in the realms of Mindfulness, Meditation and Movement.

Jackie is a nature-lover, animal rescue advocate, ukulele and drum player, writer and cook. She lives in South Austin with her husband and their two rescue dogs.
