Becky is a holistic occupational therapist deeply passionate about women’s wellness and alternative healing methods.S﻿he holds a bachelor of Occupational Therapy as well as multiple certifications in holistic healing modalities (sound healing, breathwork, somatic healing, meditation and mindfulness coaching, and more to come!)Through her unique blend of expertise and lived experience, she supports humans from all walks of life in reconnecting with their true selves—bringing them back home to their mind, body, and soul.So, come join the journey - embody, empower and evolve.

Pathways Integrative Health

Step into the energy of spring with an evening designed to awaken, soften, and reconnect. A time to honour the Sping Equinox; a time of balance and new beginnings, through a grounding and creative journey that mirrors the shift from inner stillness to gentle growth. What to Expect:Arrive in the space, settle in and connect with one another, dropping into presence through meditation.We will begin by exploring the seasonal change of Sping from the perspective on Chinese Medicine and cyclical wisdom - diving into how this transition moves through nature, the body and the ways in which we can support ourselves in all factes of our being.Then, warm tea in hand we will move into a pot painting ritual - an opportunity to express your spring intentions, insights, manifestations and learnings though colour symbol and creativity. No art skills required, just an open mind and a curiosity to explore what unfolds.We will then explore movement and how this can be used as a supportive tool before being guided through a Qi Gong practice to reconnect breath, body and energy. An opportunity to feel the energy of Spring move through you.Then enjoy a gentle sound healing wind down to connect to your main intention for this season. We will then symbolically plant a seed into your pot to represent this; a living reminder of what you are choosing to grow and nurture this spring.Everything will be provided, just bring yourself, an open heart and a plate of your favourite Spring snack to share if you feel called to.
