Mastering Empowerment 'n Secure Spaces (M.E.N.S.S) provides a platform where men can let down their guard and engage in real conversations about their mental health in a comfortable environment.

Big Oak Counseling and Consulting, Smokin' Rose Speakeasy, and BE Impactful have come together to curate an intimate, safe, and supportive space where men can gather and just BE present and free in the moment. Our community is made up of mental health professionals who not only understand the unique struggles of being a man but also share in those struggles. With M.E.N.S.S., you'll find a man cave with a purpose – one where you can explore the full range of your emotions, learn practical skills, and find the support you need to live your best life.
