About this event

Lora's positive energy welcomes everyone in this all-levels class to breathe, connect, and move together through her feel-good vinyasa flow style teaching. Her instruction style is thoughtfully designed with smooth transitions, and intuitive play to a curated playlist. Each class is unique and different, designed in mind with the energy of the day, month and year to help ground us in the present moment. She incorporates meaningful themes into her classes, creating a safe space where students are encouraged to slow their minds and drop into a meditative flow state.

Lora’s discovery and love of yoga began in 2010, during a transformative time in her life. In 2019 she received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through Liquid Flow Yoga with Simon Park & Noelle Connolly in a tiny village in the French Alps. When the world changed in 2020, she found herself called to begin teaching and sharing yoga as a healing practice to others. Lora loves sunny days in nature, bright colors, swimming, biking, dancing and traveling. Lora is a full time professional photographer living in the West Philadelphia community for the last 13 years. She is a creative, extroverted empath, always seeking to learn and evolve.

This yoga program is specifically designed for the students of the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. Breath and movement are healing and stress relieving practices. Through regular classes, we hope to create a community for you to connect and look forward to attending together.
