Join us for an exciting in-person event at CrossFit Origin, located on Woodford Place in Thornton, NSW, Australia.

Presented by NSW and Australian Weightlifting coach, Troy Smith, this worksop will cover:

  • the basics of the snatch, clean, and jerk - what they are and how they work;
  • how to warm-up/prepare for training the Olympic lifts;
  • how to begin practicing the movements and how to progress them;
  • concepts that assist in self-correction;
  • the potential deficits to progression and how we address them from a holistic approach.
