To close out the 2024 #wehiketoheal Challenge, we will gather where we kicked things off, at one of our favorite parks in Atlanta, Arabia Mountain! We will start out at the main parking lot at the Arabia Mountain Nature Center trailhead near the Nature Center.
We will make our trek across the extristial like grainte up to the peak of Arabia Mountian, where we will gather to take in the beauty of Mother Nature and connect as a community.
We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!
Time: 11am (please be punctual!)
Location/Directions: 3787 Klondike Road, Stonecrest, GA 30038

Parking: Free / but does tend to fill up on the weekend, come early and carpool if possible
Difficulty level/Distance: this hike is rated "easy to moderate" but is relative - approximently 2 miles with about 150-200 ft of elevation gain
Restroom Facilities: vault toilt at the trailhead
What you will need for this hike:
- Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
- Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
- Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers
- Comfortable moisture wicking clothing - workout clothes work just fine!
- A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
- A towel to sit on if you're uncomfortable sitting on the ground
- Your journal and a pen
