About this event

The Weekly Warm-Up is designed to get you ready for the week. The route is an out-and-back course from Departed Soles to the Water's Soul Statue. Participants can run or walk as much as they'd like, then join us at Departed Soles after. Whether you're training for a race, new to running, or just looking to make new friends, we're here for ya'. Bag/coat check will be available. Also, Departed Soles is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your pups!

Please Note: Athletes must use caution with vehicle traffic, cyclists, walkers, and other runners. Instead, we'll be hanging out at Departed Soles.

What if I'm new to running?

Wherever you are in your fitness journey, we'd love to host you! Our group has a wide range of paces, so you'll always have a place with us.

What if I arrive late?

You can still join us! We run the same route every week, so we'll catch you on the way back or at Departed Soles.

Is there parking available?

There is street parking available. Just make sure to arrive early. Many of our members drive in from all over New Jersey and typically have no issues.

What if I do not drink alcohol?

You are always welcome! Several members don't drink alcohol and are there for the community.
